Our tariffsHow it works
In addition to normal bikes, WienMobil Rad also offers a number of family-friendly bikes with child seats as well as e-cargobikes. Use the filter function of your app.
Please note the different return regulations for e-cargobikes.
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official WienMobil Rad station and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike outside of a station, a service fee of at least € 20 will be charged.

Rent one of nine e-cargobikes at one of the cargo-stations. Use the filter in your app to find them. Please note that each e-cargobike is assigned to a home station to which it must be returned.

RETURN
Return the e-cargobike to its home station, place it on its feet and close the lock. A service fee of € 20 will be charged for incorrect return away from the home station.

Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions only apply to the first bike. You can change the tariff in your account settings.
People with a Wiener Linien annual pass, semester ticket, (top) youth ticket or climate ticket (Austria or metropolitan region) travel cheaper with the WienMobil Mix tariff.

Standard tariff
€ 0.75 / 30 min
The standard tariff applies if you have not booked another tariff.
The maximum daily rate per rental is € 19 / 24 h.
Annual tariff
€ 59 / year
The first 30 minutes are included with every rental.
After that the standard tariff applies.
E-cargobike
€ 2.50/30 min
The maximum daily rate per rental is € 30 / 24 h.
E-cargobikes are excluded from annual rates.
WienMobil Mixbike tariff
€ 0.35 / 30 min
Subscribers to the public transport company Wiener Linien cycle for less.
The WienMobil Mix tariff applies if you have not booked any other tariff.
The maximum daily rate per rental is € 9.50 / 24 h.
WienMobil Mix
Cargobike tariff
€ 1.25/30 min
Subscribers to the public transport company Wiener Linien cycle for less.
The WienMobil Mix cargobike tariff applies if you have not booked any other tariff.
The maximum daily rate per rental is € 15 / 24 h.
WienMobil Mixannual subscription
€ 29.50 / year
Subscribers to the public transport company Wiener Linien get a discount on the annual tariff.
The first 30 minutes are included with every rental of a standard bike.
E-cargobikes are excluded.
After that the WienMobil Mix tariff applies.
